At Flowers by Jenny, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the flowers have been delivered.

Because flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any flower arrangements, bouquets, or related products. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before it is delivered.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for perishable items, including flowers. We also do not accept returns on products that have been damaged or altered after delivery. If your order is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

Exemptions to Returns

  • Perishable goods such as flowers cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept products that are damaged after delivery or have been handled improperly.
  • Other non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, or any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and determine the best course of action, which may include sending a replacement or offering a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not issue refunds for flower orders unless there is a fault or issue with the delivery (such as damage during transit). If we agree to a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at {email address}, and we will assist you with the next steps.
